Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of dunudu.com. By using the service you accept them.

1. The service

dunudu provides learning content, quiz formats and AI-assisted tutors. The service is aimed at people who want to learn. There is no entitlement to constant availability; maintenance and changes to the feature set are reserved.

2. Account

Some features require a user account. The details given at registration must be accurate. Credentials are confidential and must not be passed to third parties; you are responsible for actions taken under your account. The account can be deleted at any time via the unregister page.

3. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited in particular: posting unlawful, abusive or infringing content; automated retrieval of the service beyond normal use; attempts to circumvent access restrictions, usage limits or security measures; and any use that impairs operation.

4. AI-generated content

Answers from the AI assistants are machine-generated and may be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong. They are intended as a learning aid and are no substitute for professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Verify results independently before relying on them. No liability is accepted for decisions based on such answers.

Input to the chat and assistants is transmitted to OpenAI for processing – see the privacy policy. Sensitive personal data and data about third parties must not be entered there.

5. Rights in content

Content provided by dunudu is protected by copyright. It may be used for personal learning; any reproduction, adaptation or distribution beyond that requires written consent.

You retain the rights in content you post yourself. By posting it you grant dunudu the non-exclusive right to store and display that content within the service.

6. Liability

No liability is accepted for slight negligence, except in the case of personal injury. Liability for data loss is limited to the effort that would have arisen had the user maintained proper backups. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

7. Changes

These terms may be adapted, for instance when new features are added. The version published on this page is the authoritative one.

8. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
